Welcome to Coolside. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Our products. We sell the Coolside Pillow and related items. We describe our products as honestly as we can. Colors and details may vary slightly on your screen.
Pricing and payment. All prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and may refuse or cancel an order if an error has clearly occurred, in which case we will not charge you, or we will refund you in full.
Orders. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once it is accepted. We may decline or limit orders at our discretion.
Shipping, returns, and refunds. Our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Please read them so you know what to expect.
Honest use of claims. We do not make medical claims about our products. Our pillow is a comfort product, not a treatment for any condition.
Intellectual property. The Coolside name, our content, images, and copy belong to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and liability. The store and our products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. For customers in the United States, the laws of the state to which your order is shipped apply, without regard to conflict of law rules.
