Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Where it ships from. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States.

Processing time. We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time. After your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 12 business days depending on your location.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Wrong address. If you entered the wrong shipping address, email support@coolside.com as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order leaves the warehouse.
