Refund policy
We want you to actually sleep on the Coolside Pillow before you decide, so we put a 30 night sleep cool promise on it.
Our promise. You have 30 nights from the day your order is delivered to decide. You can sleep on the pillow during that time and still return it. If it does not earn its place on your bed, we will refund it.
How to start a return. Email support@coolside.com with your order number and let us know you would like to return your pillow. We will reply with simple return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you contact us, since returns without instructions cannot be processed.
Condition. Because this is a real sleep trial, your pillow does not need to be unused or in its original packaging. We just ask that it is reasonably clean and complete.
Return shipping. We arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service so your return does not get lost on the way back to us.
Your refund. Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is checked, we refund the full price you paid for the pillow to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your original order shipped free, so there is nothing deducted there.
Damaged or wrong item. If your pillow arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@coolside.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
